If you focus on what you want to eat but “shouldn’t have”, that is what your experience will be. If you focus on learning about which food choices fuel you best and on becoming the healthiest version of yourself, then THAT will be your experience. If you think about your mistakes and shortcomings, you will continue to see more things like that. If you keep your mind tuned in to all the things you are grateful for, and how far you’ve come, if you think about how inspired you are by your friend who accomplished their fitness goals, think about how you will feel when you have reached YOUR goals, then THAT will be your reality.
