The same applies to your New Year’s Resolution. Don’t let the idea of one resolution for the entire year dazzle you into creating an overly complicated plan that you’ll eventually feel overwhelmed by.
This year, when setting your resolution, make sure it’s: Specific, Measureable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-Sensitive.
